As a person who practices a plant-based lifestyle, I know better than anyone how difficult it is to find a wedding cake designer familiar with creating delicious tasting & modern plant-based cakes — and I also know how frustrating it can to work with a cake designer who may not understand the importance of our lifestyle choice.
